Students from the Academy Council have been recognised by the Innovation-University Enterprise Network for their creativity and innovation in planning a multi-cultural cookery book which they hope will be published in time for the official Academy launch.
Tara Zahoor and Ambareen Akhtar presented the team’s plans and progress so far at the finals ceremony at Coventry University. Their confidence in presenting was praised by the judges as was their appreciation of the cultural diversity at Stringer and their desire to celebrate it. Congratulations to the whole team and we look forward to the completion of the book and trying out the delicious recipes!
