(Benchmark 1)<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/careers-guidance-provision-for-young-people-in-schools\/careers-guidance-and-access-for-education-and-training-providers?utm_source=chatgpt.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Use data, labour market information, and student aspirations<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to inform planning, personalisation, monitoring and evaluation of provision. (Benchmark 2)<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/careers-guidance-provision-for-young-people-in-schools\/careers-guidance-and-access-for-education-and-training-providers?utm_source=chatgpt.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Meet individual needs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 Our CEIAG is tailored and differentiated, with specific support for pupils who are disadvantaged or have SEND, to ensure every student is able to benefit. (Benchmark 3)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Connect curriculum learning to careers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 We help pupils see the relevance of their subjects by linking learning to careers, skills and the world of work. (Benchmark 4)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Provide meaningful encounters with employers and employees<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 Pupils engage in employer talks, mentorships, workplace visits and tasks, with time for preparation and reflection. (Benchmark 5)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Offer sustained workplace experiences<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 Students in KS3 will have had multiple meaning experiences of a suitable, relevant workplace. By the age of 16 all pupils will take part in multiple, well-structured workplace experiences (not just short visits), and further experiences if applicable by age 18. (Benchmark 6)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ensure encounters with further and higher education providers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 Pupils will meet and engage with a variety of post-16 providers (sixth form, colleges, universities, training providers), to understand the full range of pathways available.(Benchmark 7)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Provide personal guidance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 Every pupil will have at least one one-to-one meeting by age 16, and further guidance by age 18, from a qualified careers adviser or accredited external provider.
