Mr. Ellis is a key member of the school’s leadership team, focusing on academic performance and student progress. His responsibilities include tracking and implementing interventions for both Key Stage 5 and Key Stage 4 students to ensure they achieve their full potential. He also oversees the holiday revision program and manages Key Stage 4 options. Furthermore, Mr. Ellis is responsible for analyzing and reporting on whole-school data, leading teaching and learning initiatives for the 16+ program, and developing a comprehensive strategy for Gifted and Talented students to achieve higher grades.
