Mr. Martin is a dedicated and experienced educator responsible for the strategic leadership and daily operations of the school’s 16+ program. In his role, he serves as the Pastoral Lead for Sixth Form, providing guidance and support to students as they navigate their academic and personal growth. He also leads the Personal Development curriculum, focusing on character education and life skills. Additionally, Mr. Martin manages student recruitment and options, oversees the BTEC program, and teaches Business.
