Mrs. Gosal is an integral part of the 16+ team, focusing on student support and enrichment opportunities. She manages the bursary program, providing financial assistance to eligible students, and oversees communications for the Sixth Form. She is also responsible for the rewards system and the Chromebook loan scheme, ensuring students have the resources they need to succeed. Furthermore, Mrs. Gosal coordinates various opportunities and trips, enriching students’ educational experience, and contributes to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the 16+ program.
